Like his biblical namesake, Jop knows what it means to face setbacks. Injuries forced him to give up his dream of becoming a professional footballer at a young age. He turned that experience into a mission to help young top talents achieve the dream he could not. Jop Knoester founded Your Team and Team Emegha, and after years of building expertise in talent development and career guidance, he combines real-world insight with a personal approach to push players further than they imagined.

The Eyes
At a young age, talent and hard work earned Thijs Timmermans a place in the ADO youth academy. From there, football took him across borders, into professional environments in the Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus, and Ireland. Different leagues, different cultures, countless dressing rooms - his eyes have seen talent rise, struggle, and survive.
Now, those eyes are ours. Close to the players in age, shaped by experience, and driven by understanding the journey from the inside out. Always watching. Always believing. First in line to support.
